Happiness is based on us meeting our OWN expectations.

Joy comes from God and is spiritual.

If you are unhappy, change your expectation.

Stop comparing yourself to the people that seem to have it all, and compare yourself to the people who seem to have it the worst. There will always be someone richer than you and better looking than you. But there also will be a much worse story too.

And THEN you will say, Thank You God, that you are not in that same terrible situation.
